This bill
ACKNOWLEDGES and

COMMENDS all previous bills of rights,

and DECLARES that all WA nations should submit to the following rules;

ALL humans, NO MATTER WHAT RACE OR GENDER, should be allowed

TO BREATHE as fresh as possible oxygen or what ever needed gas,

TO EAT required proteins and nutrients, AS LONG AS they are not feeding on a human or a similar organism that is endangered,

TO LIVE, as declared by the nation independently, AN ORDINARY LIFE,
HOWEVER, whether abortion is allowed or not will again be decided by the nation.

TO KNOW all knowledge that is publishable by newspapers or other sources of information,

TO BELIEVE in a religion that is not harmful to any species of animal or organism ,

TO TRUST any politician they choose, as long as that person does not believe in any shameful or harmful activities.

WELL WADDA YA THINK?

Well that last part is kinda out of the question, granted the varying differences in political systems, what is determined as shameful or harmful, and that particular virtue altogether.

Some cannibalistic nations may oppose the part where you cant feed on humans, as would other nations where the main species isnt human, as they could still be targeted for food, or loose a food source if they eat humans.

the abortion thing is a bit redundant, as we do that at the moment anyway, and will just block any possible legislation on it (possibly borderline illegal too)

It does seem interesting, though it is a bit simplistic

ALL humans
Why only humans?

We are unable to actually descry what this statute's aim is, it is highly confused and needs a very great deal of refining before it can be considered suitable for use by this organisation.

Impossible, there's no such thing.

I wish there would be a perfect resolution that solved everything, but after improving upon this proposal it should come under political rights. But we have a civil rights bill already so there may be no need for that.

Interesting, though.

We marvel at the fact that it took 12 minutes for someone to pick out the "humans" reference.

We also wonder that, as this proposal is aimed at humans what other gas they might breathe other than oxygen.

The abortion clause kind of comes out of left field, and we believe is such a topic is entirely too large to be addresses as a sidebar in a different proposal.

We have met some cannibals and we assure you they would not be happy with the second clause, and we warn you that cannibals are not the type of people you want to anger... unless you've eaten a particularly large amount of salt... and even then, you're on your own.

Also I don't know what my other esteemed ambassadors are speaking of when they say you can't trust a politician... I am trustworthy... honest... trust me.

We particularly enjoy how you've managed to straddle the National Sovereignty line in that some of your clauses heed National Sovereignty, and others throw it to appease the cannibals you've set out to starve to death.

We think you'd probably want to spend a few more weeks refining it, meaning, burn it and start over.
