I was wondering before thinking of submitting this as a proposal to avoid any embarressing happenings.

Under the category of Moral Decency have a Global Gay Marriage Ban put into effect.


So, would that be deemed inappropriate and unacceptable?

I see, well like I said I just wanted to know if it was appropriate from the beggining before writing a lengthy proposal and get all ready and stuff just to find out it isn't acceptable.

Check World Assembly Resolution 15. You'll have to repeal that first.

I think personally that it is not illegal once Resolution #15 is repealed but issues of this nature would be best left to individual states. But definitely don't mention RL stuff because NationStates is separate from the Real World.
