If a delegate to the world assembly commits a crime punishable by both the WA and their Region then that delagate has the right to choose whether he/she will be tried by the WA or their region. This would increase democratic freedom becuse it would give a choice to the defendent; and is democracy not about fair trial and power to the people.

Please go to the proposals and support this it would be an advantage to the WA and the Regions of the world.

Wrong forum. This is international incidents forum and the WA does not exist in here. Your post is also trying to bring support to a cause outside this forum and is therefore also considered spam. The II is for rping only. Moderators will be called in shortly to remove or move this thread.

In the future please do not spam and read the stickies before hand. Thank you very much.

OOC: This belongs in the World Assembly forum, not International Incidents.

Personally, I don't see what's so wrong with this. I mean, I wouldn't mind committing a crime punishable by bith. Isn't that a drink of some sort?

Well there are three (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Bith) different (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bith_(Celtic_mythology)) possibilities (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bith), none of which seem directly related to drinking.

Thank you very much. One, your sig's too long; two, you're overreacting; and three, your assertion that the WA "does not exist" in II is flat out wrong. The WA exists anywhere players choose to assume as such, and if you spent a few moments outside your cozy little II clique, you may notice that there are numerous NS RPers who do so choose.

As for the proposal, it's either illegal metagaming (mentioning Regional Delegates), or if by "delegates" you mean the ambassadors we choose to represent our nations, I'd have to oppose, as it would place my own ambassador in serial jeopardy. :p

Then it's illegal for contradicting the Diplomat Protection Act (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14116570&postcount=24), surely. All diplomats sent to the WA have full diplomatic immunity, automatically.
