Dear Ambassadors of World Assembly,

We are writing to inform you that the WA proposal 'Repeal "Prevention of Torture"' has been submitted for delegate approval. This repeal is submitted not because we do not believe that torture is good, but because we believe that the current resolution endangers member nations when captives of non-assembly members could have the information necessary to prevent such acts extracted much more easily, if not only through, through. We would be glad to answer any questions that you may have of us concerning this matter.

The proposal may be found here: http://www.nationstates.net/17603/page=UN_proposal/start=11

Our proposal to takes its place, you will see, can protect our great nations from harm, whereas the resolution prior prevents action from being taken to stop acts of terrorism.

We thank you in advance for your support!

Yours sincerely,
President U84 of the United States of Flash Flash Revolution,
speaking for the East Garbage Bin nations and you!

I'm not a moderator, so don't quote me on this, but it looks like it's illegal because it contains new legislation in a repeal.

I approve of the idea, though.

Imota is correct. It's been removed.

Feel free to use this thread to work on creating a legal proposal.
