AFFERMING the sovereign rights of all nations

REFERRING TO the nations own rights to administer justice how they feel necessary and proper

STRONGLY CONDEMNS World Assembly Resolution 13, the World Assembly Hereby

1. Declares Resolution 13 to be nul and void

2. Emphasizes the sovereignty of every nation

3. Allows the nation states to set their own judicial standards, for which trials and the rights of the accused would be set

4. Condemns any action by an international body to enact an Universal Judiciary System

5. Noting that any Universal Judiciary System would be a direct violation of a nations right to self governance

6. Invites all nations to abandon the set system from Resolution 13, and form their own system

7. Further Regrets ever infringing on the rights of the sovereign nations in this body, by passing Resolution 13

8. Calls upon all nations to respect the rights of sovereignty and to allow the nations to practice whatever type of judiciary measures desired.

9. Further State that the World Assembly is not a Tyrannical body, and has no right telling nations how to govern them selfs.

is there anything going to be added in this appeal besides National Sovereignty?

edit: oh, and you would have to use the repeal option, so there isn't a category/strength issue for you to worry about.

This is illegal as it stands. Repeals have their own category, and can't have any new legislation in them.

It's also generally considered a good idea for a repeal argument to be a bit more than "Wah, you're infringing my sovereignty," which is something every WA resolution will do. You need practical reasons why resolution 13 is a bad idea. Fortunately there's no shortage of them. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=574328)

Further State that the World Assembly is not a Tyrannical body, and has no right telling nations how to govern them selfs

It would be nice if World Assembly Members followed their own rules though, or else what would be the point of the WA? Voting and eventually following WA resolutions isn't a right, its a privilege actually, as some like myself have found out the hard way.

At the moment as Gobbannaen pointed out you need to erase all of the extra legislative and focus the proposal as a repeal ONLY with some juicy points, if you ever want to undue "the damage" the resolution has done. As some more advice, I would take a look at some of the repeals that have been passed before (I think there is two...not sure) to gather a feel on how to write it.

Yeah I was right, two repeals have been passed before.

Omigodtheykilledkenny has a great collection of the resolutions and repeals for you to use as reference, here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=560628).
