you should have posted it up on the forums first for revision by more experienced writers of legislation.

it's badly written, and doesn't do much. it doesn't take into account how poorer nations will pay for such expenses, and if the WA will fund it the with WA General Fund or not. .....

many things to change. forget about the proposal and start a new post with the actual version in the forum so we can help you make changes.

I cannot stress enough how much you should have posted this here before you submitted it.
Category: Education and Creativity

Area of Effect: Educational

Proposed by: Djembes

Description: DEEPLY CONCERNED by the number of countries without free education for children

NOTING that free education for children will greatly increase children attending school

FURTHER NOTING that educating children for free will help the lives of everyone in the world

The Delegate of Republic of Djembes does hereby:

SUGGEST that the World Assembly sets up a committee for free international education that will

a. Recieve 50 million dollars a year that will go towards building schools, teaching people to become teachers, paying the teachers, and inspecting the schools.

b. Oversee the spending of the money

c. Write and distribute textbooks for every country

d. Allow children (ages 16 and under) to enroll in the school at their will.

e. Make sure the government of the country is not interfering with the school

We hope that the WA will see the potential of this resolution and urge them to pass it.

*This only applies to countries that do not have any free education already. Your proposals is illegal due to a Branding violation. Go read the rules (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=420465) before trying again.
