Well it boosts Ecomonical and Political status and it will test our dipolmatic abilities. I will also have more trading issues for us to decide on.

I'm a little confused. I'm looking over this and can't see a proposal anywhere. A World Trade Center may or may not be beneficial to Rutianas, but I really can't tell yet.

As soon as there is a proposal on the matter, I will, of course, discuss the issue with my government and see whether or not we would support such a trade center.

I'm telling the proposal. We should allow a trade center to conduct trade, make our economy and political influences stronger, and allow more issues dealing with trading for us to solve. And This is the proposal! And no comments on my signatures plz!

i propose a world trade center. one that can regulate trade deals.one that can insure the fairness of the trade deals and also help countries to negotiate trade deals.its setting up a monthly trade summit to discuss tade problems globaly

This is not a proposal, no legislation has been drafted by the respected Ambassador for the Hero League, the idea being forwarded is pointless and foolish and frankly this debate reeks of tined pork meat.

The honoured Ambassador for the Hero League should think hard about improving their level of contribution to this organisation. So far their contribution has demonstrated a flippancy and contempt utterly unbecoming in a diplomat.

Seriously, if you're wanting trade to be added to the game that's a Game Mechanics violation, and since this is the second idea you've come up with that falls into that category you really need to go read the Proposal Rules (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=420465).

Honestly we already have the WA, we do not need another symbol of vast oppression of national power.

ok then it could be controlled by the WA!

That is the problem. I may be a member of the WA as is much of the Land for Spam, but we are mainly dictators and have a problem with another symbol of the WA being raised and certainly don't want someone else looking over our shoulders.

If you want to roleplay a World Trade Centre, the International Incidents (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1230) forum is thataway. If you want to write a resolution that creates a World Trade Centre and has an actual effect on nations' economic stats, pick a category and write one. Hint: you'll need more than one sentence which translates to "Wouldn't it be cool if...?" to avoid scorn.

here are some tips when writting a proposal.

DETAIL! you can't just say what this proposal will do. we need details. consider details such as funding. How will this be paid for? who will control it? how will everything work (in detail). How is this any different than what is currently done in trading (whatever it may be)

also, you should mention some advantages, such as, better more efficient trading...etc.

also make sure to state why we need this world trade center. what wrong with the current trade system? why do we need to change things? is the need so large that it demands change?

consider all these and adjust your current 'proposal'. to make it better and more plausible.

also note, that no legislation has ever passed with such a badly written proposal. i have seen many proposals written like this, and they never even got close to quorum.

remmember to replace your casual vocabulary with more professional one. you should also organize all the details.

do all this and your "proposal" will be greatly improved.

i would be willing to help you personally with the proposal if you telegram my nation.
