The Tech Forum (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1224) is thatta way, but I wouldn't bother because it's not going to happen. If you want war go play NS2 or that other, inferior nation game.

Waterana/Witchcliff once mooted an idea about a proposal to require the return/non-desecration of war dead. That might be an interesting idea for a proposal.

war isn't allowed on the game anyway so we can't have a battlefield. also, i'm not sure what the guy above me means.
