Ban space-based weaponry?

I think it is time that we ban space-based weaponry. As we all know, space-based weapons can deliver massive, overwhelming firepower to any spot on the globe in a matter of hours. These weapons are hard to detect, and an effective way to defeat them has not yet been found. I think that there should be a proposal to ban all varieties of space-based weaponry, from nukes to infantry to conventional to kinetic should be banned permanently under pain of high sanctions.
Unfortunately, I am not a very good writer. Would it be too pushy to ask someone to come up with some kind of draft? Thanks.

This is an interesting idea, however, I am afraid I can only make a suggestion as to who might be good at writing a draft:Charlotte Ryberg. This person seems to be very good at writing such things.

You need high tech weponry but some countries don't even have the capiblity to wage war.

That is CRAZY! I want to use that kind of weapons, because they are helpful!
I am not going to send, lets say, 1 million troops, to attack somewhere, and that nation is not a WA member, so he can use nukes anyway! we woud blow me up! I think, that we shoud just provide the uses of nukes! And not ban them, but find a thing to destroy them! Than you coud use them, and you nation population wont die.

Any idea on how to do that, Roef? Space tech. is expensive and we might see some very one-sided wars at first.

All types of WMDs (lol....) should be banned, from all countries, if any organization needs military weapons it should be the UN or whatever evolves from the UN to make it better, because the UN, while it isn't as bad as the League of Nations is still pretty noneffective. But that is a different topic. Space Weaponry definitely fits into a weapon of some pretty crazy ass destruction and so yes I would definitely vote for the banishment of all such things.
No! And i dont got any idea how to destroy them. But you can use the M.A.D way right?
i believe it is: meutely assured destruction. If he send 1 nuke, you send 1000 than he send 1000. Both dead right? atleast you kill your enemy to. But i think there is a way to destroy it. I mean, set all your smart people on the maps of the nukes, and know what makes it explode. Than you can maybe build a rocket who just destroy that thing, the thing to make it explode. If it dont explode, i wont be so scared of getting one on my head you know. I think that we can find a way to destroy them. Than WE can use them, they can to but than we destroy it.

Well, if such a capabitlity to precisely target the detonators of enemy weapons is possible by remote weapons, it would definitely take a genius to figure it out. However, it would be easier to send in your Black-ops team to try to sabotage the things. This is a lot more high-risk to your people, but more likely to work. The idea of sending a missile or rocket to do it is nice, but it would require very high precision targeting, a way to prevent the enemy from shooting down your missile, a plan to prepare for a probable retaliatory strike and a way to prevent a similar fate to your own weapons as a start as far as I can see. If anyone knows how to specifically target part of a bomb without causing it to detonate, then that's great, but until then, I would not support this. My suggestion is to instead use an EMP device.

Axis Nova, for one, is fully in favor of anything UN nations do to make themselves easier for us to invade.
