i think it is a better idea to use land mines.
Those will help us win wars, but than it wont take any soldiers of our army.

There isn't any resolutions banning landmines yet, so it is legal at the moment.

the government of the emperor of Urgench wonders what made the honoured ambassador for Roef believe that landmines were banned by the w.a. ?

The government of Emperor of Urgench recomends to the honoured ambassador for Roef that they look through the list of past resolutions to get a better idea of the current statutory relationship between the w.a. and it's members. We have found that trying to familiarise ourselves with the codex is very instructive.

Maybe I should create a resolution banning landmines...Then you'll have to create another topic for the use of landmines.

Overall though, they are not that bad of a tool to use in war

No, no! just use land mines. They are good, you can kill enemy's but you dont need to lose your own soldiers in a firefight.

Well, a year ago your friend was right. One of the old UN resolutions banned land mine use, of course due to a typo it only affected "UN counties." However with the destruction of the UN and subsequent cancellation of it's resolutions the ban no longer applies.
