Dear member states of the World Assembly,

As President and founder of Saint Jesus Island (and all of it's administrative regions, autonomous states, colonies and Crown Dependencies), I am proposing that nations team up with the Democratic Republic of Saint Jesus Island to form a World Assembly-based nuclear weapons united programme.

We suggest that the World Assemby Nuclear Programme Union (WANPU) can be an organisation that is availible to all official recognised members of the World Assembly on NS and should have a Central Committee of Chair.

WANPU will allow nations to trade freely within the organisation, however, working in a democratic member. E.g, big nuclear missile trades can only be made if, say, 60% of the member states agree.

Saint Jesus Island is hereby founding WANPU, and call upon all nations with nuclear weapons present or future, to join.

If this is a proposal, it sounds illegal.

If this is an Alliance, perhaps it would work better in one of the regular roleplay forums, probably International Incidents.

If this is a request to join or form a region, those go in Gameplay.

All told, I don't think this really belongs here in any event.
