It is considered polite to include your proposal's text (or at least a link to it) in any requests like this, so that the people to whom you're appealing for aid don't have to spend their own time looking for it...
(But I doubt whether you'll receive much support, anyway: Many of the people who are active here regard legislsation on topics such as gambling as better handled at the national level rather than by the WA...)
