My concern lies with the threatment of POW's and am pointing on resolution #31
Wolfish convention on POW
with the offence of article 5:
Prisoners of war must at all times be humanely treated. In particular, no prisoner of war may be subjected to physical mutilation or to medical or scientific experiments of any kind which are not justified by the medical, dental or hospital treatment of the prisoner concerned and carried out in his interest.

And when those die, we take 10.000 next time. Also to be executed. Than 15.000 than 20.000 and so on.
This CAN'T be accepted for the CLEARLY VIOLATION of resolution #31 article 5: Humane treating of Prisoners of war.
