Repeal Prevention of Terrorism

This is the first draft. I know it needs improvements. Any comments would be appreciated.

The World Assembly,

REALIZING that terrorism is indeed a threat to international peace and,

UNDERSTANDING the necessity for a multinational stand against this dangerous and destructive force,

NEVERTHELESS must understand the fundamental flaw in the resolution for the Prevention of Terrorism, which is the fact that while the resolution states that it shall support "upholding the legitimacy of their [freedom fighter's] struggle", fails to:

1) Give a definition of such a group, or

2) Prevent nations from labeling any organization they like a terrorist organization

And thus endangers the movement for freedom and equality throughout the world. The resolution must therefore be repealed and possibly replaced by a more effective measure against dangerous terror groups, while simultaneously ensuring that all who fight for freedom will be supported in their cause, and not grouped together with the more dangerous groups.

We don't have to use the draft offered by The Altan Steppes, but maybe we could at least confine discussion of a repeal to their thread? It's going to get really confusing otherwise, following multiple different repeal discussions, especially given only one can pass.

Sorry, hadn't seen that.
