1. Pumped like Gas
2. Works as efficiently with the same properties as Gas
3. Is cleaner and cheaper
4. Takes only 4% of crops to produce enough to keep up with America's Standards

The Legalization of Marijuana/Hemp can also put a dent in the Drug Market, lessen the pressure on Narcs, and reduces the effect of drugs on current society.

Please Discuss, I will try to get 2 endorsements to put these up for WA voting.

There is no 'Economical' category, there is no Strength factor for Environmental proposals, this should be in Recreational Drug Use -> Legalise anyway, you can't refer to (real) countries in proposals, 'hemp' is the common name not the other way around, I can guarantee you there has never been any research on 'pumping hemp', your proposal contains the words 'can be is' in consecutive order, you're confusing legalisation for industrial and recreational purposes, you cannot, really cannot, use the word 'Narcs' in a proposal, and basically, there is nothing about this proposal that doesn't abjectly stink.

I'm also unclear what you are doing, with this and your other proposal. Is it that you simply want to discuss certain legal issues? If so, this isn't really the place.
