The rules for WA Proposals are unclear in the area of amendments. It states that you cannot amend a "proposal." Could you clarify whether that applies only to proposals, or if it also applies to passed resolutions?
Thanks.

You cannot amend proposals or resolutions at all. You can only repeal them.

An amendment system would be very helpful. It would cut down on the number of repeals drastically. One could simply "strike out and render null and void" only a few lines, and add on some corrections instead of replacing the entire resolution.

See here for a detailed explanation why that won't work (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12817207&postcount=7)

Honestly, I don't know why I wrote "proposals" there. I've changed it to "resolutions", which is what it should have been.
