A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets.
Category: International Security
Strength: Strong
Proposed by: Synster Gate
Description: 1. Lets WA nation governments experiament anything from handguns to missiles in one specific building.
2. Lets WA Nations to trade defence weapons.
3. Also a safe place for War-Stricken nations to build up on arms.
4. Lets nations experiment weapons in one place not on neihboring countries causing war.
5. Free to any WA Nation to test.
6. Great place to make alliances.
7. Will have specific testing facilities
a. Handgun range
b. Rifle range
c. Vehicle Obstacle Course
d. Missile Test Area
8. Nuclear tests will not be allowed.
9. Any Nation caught testing nuclear weapons will be banned from the WTC.
10. War-Stricken nations will get Weapons free from the WTC.

Umm, what?
All of the sentence fragments and poor spelling make this resolution really hard to understand/read, and I'm pretty sure they also make it illegal.

Where would this 'WTC' get the money to pay for 10. War-Stricken nations will get Weapons free from the WTC.?
