restricting w.a. influence over economic policy

the government of the emperor of urgench is very concerned that there are many resolutions and proposals for resolutions which substantively empower the w.a. to structuraly influence the economies of it's members.
we suggest that the w.a. is not the right body to hold such influence and that such power is best left in the hands of it's members governments.
the sheer variety of economic models within the w.a. makes such power unweildy and dangerous and a tool of world economic control.
we feel that the expansion of w.a. membership is probably inhibited by these resolutions and that the w.a. would be best served by decreasing any power to direct economics in any direction.
the government of the emperor of urgench is interested to know what the thoughts of the wider membership are on this matter,

I suggest you tread cautiously as your proposal would be a blocker and those can be really hard to do and still have them be legal.

the government of the emperor of urgench thanks the highly respected delegate Flibble for his advice.
we ask this then; is it not possible for the proposal to be aimed at encouraging economic diversity within the w.a. membership? enshrining a w.a. commitment to protect the economic freedoms of it's members?
