I would like to take this time to bring attention to a new resolution up called the Carbon Cap and Trade Agreement. This agreement serves, first and foremost, as a compromise between environmentalists and economists. The compromise uses market forces in order to reach an eventual and progressive decrease in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. I encourage everyone to please take a look at this Agreement and to encourage their WA Delegates to vote for for this tested and successful policy.
