Worker’s Bill of Rights.

For the purpose of setting a minimum wage, to increase and better the lives of the working class,

To prevent slavery in third world nations,

To support workers rights in less economically advanced nations,

We propose:

(1) the minimum wage be set at no less than $7.50 an hour or the equivalent in the member nation’s currency.
(2) a set amount of days for sick leave and vacation.
(3) to bring to court any employer who violates these laws.
(4) to bring to court any employer who employs illegal immigrants to avoid these laws.
(5) to give minimum health care benefits to employees and their families.
(6) to treat all employees fairly and equally no matter their skin color, religion or race.
(7) not to fire any employee with out a just cause.
(8) for the maximum numbers of hours worked a day to be no more than 8.

lacks details.

e.g. what's a $? doesnt really exist. also "maximum numbers of hours worked a day to be no more than 8" even on planets with more than 24 hrs in a day? and wait..... you've never worked more than 8 hrs in a day? because your banning that from ever happening. "to give minimum health care benefits to employees and their families." what's minimum? its incredibly vague.

ill stop examples here.

sorry.

Sorry, too many RL references... and I highly disagree with your choice of numbers.
[OOC: And, BTW, I know a lot of people who have worked more than 8 hours in a day... I've done it myself on occasion. Sometimes, it's unavoidable.]
