Greenstripes

While the Confederacy of Greenstripes had originally joined the World Assembly as a result of attempting to gain overall better international influence as well as communicate with fellow nations we have realized that this... assembly does not entirely fit the Confederacy.
Rather than an outright resignation from the Assembly the Confederacy proposes the formation of a seperate albeit new assembly for the less... democractic of nations against such ideas as "The Right to a Fair Trial" for starters, and other ideas such as a democratic government ahem.
Would said organization be possible and if so whom would be interested. The essential idea here is to perhaps found an alternative to the WA, a way for non-member sections to communicate because nations such as the Confederacy of Greenstripes, although may not agree with the policies of the WA, feel it is a much more effective way to communicate rather than telegrams.
