Can resolutions passed by the WA affect the category status of member nations? For example, say you had the category of "authoritarian democracy", but based on the issues you've decided on, you're borderlining on changing to "inoffensive centrist democracy". And then say a libertarian (as in opposite of authoritarian, not as in American Libertarianism) resolution was passed. Could that take your nation over the border and change the category?
