"Scientific" Study of the WA

I thought about doing this for the UN, but seeing how we have a fresh start with the World Assembly, now is a good time.
If we could create nations in the WA and have them not vote on issues but simply be affected by WA resolutions and record how they are affected, we would be able to profile the new WA's political leanings.
Is anyone interested?

It's a good idea that some people have actually done. "Sovereign UN Territory" operated on this basis, although I think it didn't start out from a very neutral position. The problem is it requires someone essentially relinquishing their WA membership, or transferring it to a new puppet.

We don't need to, as we already know what it does.

I can tell you this much - your scientific test won't give you accurate readings. The game is more complex than it may seem.
