[Draft]: World Lunacy Council

I just recently had a very sharp burst of lunacy by suggesting that the clause 'The right to advertisement-free TV and radio' to be added to the proposal 'Global Charter of Human Rights', so parents have a better task of bringing up their children without exposing them to the likes of Fast Food and Frosties on media.

Perhaps that's just taught me that the new World Assembly should have a crazy lunacy department which members suggest crazy proposals like the one above, plus perhaps a resolution supporting the right to wear underwear on the outside and the similar, but also to make sure the lunacy does not get out of control, so far that everyone ends up paying 1 (your currency here) every time they use the letter 'T' in speech. Therefore I propose the World Lunacy Council for the regulation while retaining the freedom to be loony.

Any thoughts?

Well...there is a thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=553128) for this purpose....but I don't think that a council is needed.

*sends this proposal to the said silly/illegal proposals thread*

Okay, then that draft is rubbish enough to be dropped

Dropped.

OOC: So that's what this thread is about? When I saw the title, I thought that you were proposing a different name to replace 'United Nations'... :D

Perhaps I would suggest a new name like World Lunacy Council, but now I want something a bit more professionally coined: Let's consider the name of the World's Union, abbreviated WU. And we could have flag that looks like this:

If we had more colors in the flag, then it would be great.

Did you make that flag yourself, or is it the insignia of some real-world organisation? If it's the former, keep it about - you may be able to submit it as the WA Flag at some point in the future.

I'd also like to point out that any proposals you make, no matter how zany and fun, still need to abide by the proposal rules (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=420465) stickied at the top of this forum - otherwise they'll be deleted, which is a waste of your time in writing it. Please note that one of those violations is also "joke proposals".
