Why should the initial endorsement be repealed? Can we not just pass additional resolutions or add to it? This progressive and environmentally important endorsement is just the starting point. It is a vital step in the right direction. Perhaps this legislation is not perfectly comprehensive and effective, but this can be altered. It should and it can. To repeal this legislation would be to fall backwards not just the one step but more. The negative impact of nullifying this endorsement is exponential while every step forward is an arduous battle whose gains take great spans of time to present any substantial changes. Do not vote for resolution #11, the repeal of the ban on single-hull tankers. The digression would be immense.

No, we can't. The way the game is coded makes amendments impossible; even if a blatantly illegal resolution passes into law it is next to impossible to dig out, let alone amend.

That is not possible. As per this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12817207&postcount=7), amendments are impossible due to coding restrictions. To alter existing legislation, we must remove the old and pass the new. Please read the entire official topic, as well, as I and others have addressed this and the good number of reasons that you actually should repeal resolution eleven, firstly being its lack of actionable language.
EDIT: Damn. I was too late. Nice job, Tsaraine. I shouldn't race mods.
