Description: Automobiles have done great damage to te world, so I suggest restrictions on manufacturing automobiles
1. All Automobiles manufactured by companies must have 20 miles to the gallon(Highway Mileage)
2. Companies currently make it difficult for people to buy other power source car by making it extremely expensive, so other power source cars should have a set limit for ho much they can charge
3.Companies found breaking these laws will be punished by fine in the country they violated the law
You may or may not rember my previous proposal
This is the same thing, but tweaked a bit, and removed some stuff
what do you think?

20 miles to the gallon on a highway is not good at all. In-fact, it would be wasting a lot of fuel. They should be able to do 30-40 miles to the gallon on the highway. That way, everyone will save money, and there will be even less pollution :D

We recall the honoured ambassador's previous draft, and would rather that he had used the same discussion thread as before to make comparison easier. A number of the same objections apply, we think.
Clause 2 would need considerable expansion, explanation and justification before we could reasonably support its turning into law. Even we, who are no great fans of the automotive industry, would need considerable convincing that that proposal could reasonably be called fair.
Fortunately that is not an immediate problem, since clause 3 is illegal; it goes contrary to the Fair Sentencing Act, which demands that nations be permitted to set their own sentences for crimes.
1. All Automobiles manufactured by companies must have 20 miles to the gallon(Highway Mileage) We would prefer that you not use gallons and assume that all nations use gas as fuel for anything.. It would be better to have nations buy vehicles from us and do away with those old outmooded dinasours they currently use.
2. Companies currently make it difficult for people to buy other power source car by making it extremely expensive, so other power source cars should have a set limit for ho much they can chargeWhat do you base this on as we have never sold a vehicle for more than what one might pay for a single automoble from any company that produces them.
3.Companies found breaking these laws will be punished by fine in the country they violated the lawBreaking what laws? As see nothing here setting standards that can be translated into a law. As even if one does consider to have 20 miles a gallon then who test the vehicles and says it meets this.. Also a gallon of what, water, wine, beer, sand, air, oxygen, px2s03, cocaine, blood, or whatever.
This also opens the door on nations keeping out automobles from other nations by working the standards to fit those only made inside the nation and not those outside it. Thus they fine heavy any imported autos....
Then for the nations that don't have so called metal automobles we have a gallon of oats for those mules, horses, cows, or whatever they may use.
