My Fellow UN Members a have a proposal for you. I think that we should create a Bill that would state that at least 50% of all countries should join the UN. The reason why I say 50% is because not all of the countries agree with our philosophy. If you have looked that the top ten countries lately you would notice that only one belongs to the UN. To me that is dispicable. Also only about 20,000 nations out of about 73,000 nations belong.

And how would you even propose FORCING players to join the UN?
