Say, I'm new here. How do I get the 2 endorsements needed to make a UN proposal?
Hi, welcome to nationstates.
First, I'd recommend posting the text to your proposal either here or on your current region's forum, before you try to get your endorsements. You want to work out the kinks of the resolution first.
Second, you would have to give out endorsements first (or endorse-swap), to people in your region. Try some of the names of the nations that are on your delegate's current list. Remember that you only need 2, you don't need to endorse everyone.
