I am assuming this is where to place proposals, since I see that there a couple threads marked proposal, the Holy Empire of WBW does not have any endorsements and this great country is very new to the U.N as well to this world.

The Holy Empire of WBW is not sure how to get endorsement, but I would like to submit a proposal that we have not seen as of yet, we have read through the prosal and law lists and have not seen mention of this article that we would like to propose.

Our proposal is as follows:

The Banning of all types and use of Chemical Weapons

This banning will not only increase the health and welfare of the citizens of this world, but it will also protect our water systems, livestock and wildlife

If anyone can endorse us, so we can then submit this proposal to the UN it will be greatly appreciated

You can only be endorsed by members of your own region, and since your region contains only one other nation, it's unlikely you'll get the necessary votes where you are now. Either recruit new members or move to a larger region where more UN members can endorse. Also, you need to post the text of your proposal if you expect us to figure out whether we'd support it, or offer some improvements.

A stronger outline of the proposal would help people really see what you're getting at. However from what you posted so far, it won't be passed, WBW. There was a previous Chemical Weapons Ban that was repealed because it covered all 'chemical weapons' in its definition but did not leave up non-lethal chemical weapons such as tear gas, stun gas, and pepper spray. Those all are chemical weapons but they have a peaceful purpose in militaries, law enforcement, and personal defense.
