Description: UN Resolution #191: UN Drug Act (Category: Recreational Drug Use; Decision: Legalize) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
Argument: This act was proposed to discourage use of Recreational Drugs.
This act declares that:
1. Marijuana, cocaine, methane fedamine, tobacco, liquor, antidepressents, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, tobacco, alcohol, Deliriants, Dissociative anaesthetics, and Stimulants are illegal unless perscribed by a certified doctor.
2. Drug abusers will have at least 6 months, counseling, and rehabilitation.
3. It is illegal to sell or trade Marijuana, cocaine, methane fedamine, tobacco, liquor, antidepressents, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Deliriants, Dissociative anaesthetics, and Stimulants unless you are a certified doctor.
This repeal encourages:
Free rehabilitation and counseling for drug abusers.
This act discourages:
1. Viewing drug abusers as mere criminals.
2. Selling of recreational drugs unless a certified doctor.
3. Circulation of drugs throughout the country.
