No. Have you considered that we don't all have the same monetary system? If we're talking Real World, 7.50 Yen an hour is a far cry from 7.50 Pounds Sterling an hour. For that reason alone, this'll go nowhere.
Note as well that you can't specify currency without getting either a branding violation or a RW violation.

Not to mention it violates UN Fair Wage Convention. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12006676&postcount=188)

On top of the monetary system and legality issues, even if those factors weren't in play, the amounts specified would actually result in a massive number of Altanari workers seeing a significant drop in their wages, as we already mandate a 9.00 per hour minimum wage. Blue collar workers would see their wages possibly drop to the 7.50 per hour specified in this proposal, which would be a big economic setback for them. (Granted, the amounts are only "suggested", but I can see many employers saying "hey, if it's good enough for the UN, it's good enough for us", and pushing our government to drop the minimum wage.)

I'm also not sure what the whole "Custum Variance 20-30 -for Actors and people whos income is on grants or private based" is all about. Why do actors get a special break? And what's the deal with "grants or private based"?

Best leave the decision on what a minimum wage should be to the individual nations, I'd think.
