You blinkin nuts? :D

The UN doesn't have a right to steal from the banks to erase debts, nor do they have a right to steal from whoever they would have to to pull off that economic aid campaign.

Now maybe if ya'll weren't so busy outlawing private enterprise, ya might not have these problems :D

We believe that any attempt to extract funds from member nations for aid programmes will meet with significant opposition. Many nations already voluntarily contribute food aid to their needy neighbours, and we believe such programmes to be effective.

The problem lies due to the fact that many imperialistic and capitalistic states don't recognise our revolution who ended the exploitation of our natural wealth from western imperialism. We can follow our own path to achieve socialism and national independence. If capitalists stop to think about profit and start to think more about human prosperity.

Agrarian revolutions are in many cases the cause of food shortages. With appropriate safeguards to prevent market failure, capitalism increases food production while decreasing the proportion of the workforce required to work the land. We would prefer advanced agricultural technology to subsistence farming.

Until such time they stand and you will be charged interest on them the longer you don't pay them or fines when don't pay them on time.

If capitalists stop to think about profit and start to think more about human prosperity.Call us what you may if you owe us we expect you to pay it... and care less about human prosperity as we are not human but wish to prosper not hand out welfare to humans...

While we are all in favor of efforts to help nations whose agricultural sector is troubled, we'd suggest that a UN-mandated effort may not be the best way to resolve that. Perhaps you should instead encourage nations with successful agricultural sectors to provide assistance; Altanar, for one, would not be averse to doing so, and we have a very strong agricultural sector.

On the subject of erasing debts, however, our stance on that is, and always has been, a simple one: if you owe a debt, you pay it back. That's the honorable way to approach such situations, and it helps you learn to stand on your own two feet and develop a sense of pride. We would be opposed to any effort to simply erase national debts.

It's probably not a good idea to heap scorn on states that you're asking for help. Just a suggestion.

The capitalism you so callously revile has allowed us to prosper to the point where we can give aid to countries that are in trouble. However not by UN mandate but from the goodness of our hearts.

I would also suggest you rethink your tone. While there are Capitalist countries out there who do value profit over people we are not one of them. We will not ask our farmers to forgo putting food on their own tables because your country can't pay it's bills.

...We would prefer advanced agricultural technology to subsistence farming.
For the most part, yes. However, our friends in Muang Lao would argue quite vociferously that subsistence farming is a valid course if so desired by the inhabitants of a nation. It would be regrettable if the UN sought to undermine such a choice.
