I vehemently oppose such a resolution that would go beyond promoting good commercial practitioners and seek to regulate. An international currency would submit all of our bank systems big or small into a pot , and we'd all be forced to ride that roller coaster. There would need to be regulation for such a unified commerce that would require people to be appointed to council that would not promote but regulate affairs of all UN nations. And if there is no council appointed then that would be a worse proposal. We take our properly administered economies, release the professionals and leave everything in the hands of.....
This has to be the worse proposal I have seen in my short time here. It should be condemned immediately by the international community , something worse couldn't have been proposed unless you are planning armed sabatoge.

Game Mechanics
Game Mechanics violations are attempts to change how the UN works. Generally, these are Proposals that should be threads in Technical. Anything that requires and adjustment to how the game does things, or requires a change of code falls into this category. Requiring "proper" spelling, adjusting the number of votes needed for queue, creating a universal UN currency, and forming a "secondary UN" are all examples of this. Another example of this is forbidding UN action at a future point in time -- you can't make your Resolution "Repeal-proof" or prohibit types of legislation.

Why not implement my currency the "enemybone" for international currency? We could have my religion as the official world religion which is pro-government and anti-immorality. Whenever we run out of currency, we just find a nation who is not following the UN ideals and who is a "bully" nation and deem that nation as the newest "enemy" and voila! We kill a few of them and replenish our currency with religion under control of the state promoting good government!
This would be the best form of international currency!
