I have great I deas for the UN but I need endorsements. So, i have four questions.


1.Can i still propose stuff if i am not "in charge" of a region but have endorsements?

2.Can people endorse me who are not in my region?

3.Will anyone endorse me please??????

4.Can anyone who is endorsed send me a telegram and I will tell them ideas to propose?

1.Can i still propose stuff if i am not "in charge" of a region but have endorsements?Yes. If you have two endorsements, you can propose anything you like, within the rules. (Please read the rules sticky.)

2.Can people endorse me who are not in my region?No, the game does not allow it.

3.Will anyone endorse me please??????Since your region doesn't currently have any UN members besides yourself, I doubt that will be possible, unless more UN nations move in, or if you move to a larger region where you can collect more endorsements.

4.Can anyone who is endorsed send me a telegram and I will tell them ideas to propose?Your best bet is to post the proposals you'd like to submit here for peer review. If other players like them, they may offer to help you out, either with submitting them for you, or assist with telegramming.

You could always move into a region that caters to noobies. Or go back to one of the drop-in regions for new countries. People in those forums could help with the endorsements.
