PROPOSAL that the legal age of gambling be changed to 16

OBSERVING that at 16 people at that age are reasonably responsible and can think for themselves.

BEARING a strict regulation on gambling amounts of any minor under the age of 18.

CONCLUDING that changing the age of gambling will increase the nation socially and economically.

How is this? Do you think it is UN-worthy?

I'd stand just next to the door if I was you, not in front of it, so as not to get run over by the stampede of delegates excitedly rushing in to merrily announce that this is a national issue.

As such, this matter is clearly a national one and to impose such a thing on a nation is infringing upon national sovergnity.

First off, 16 what? Secondly, what about those nations whose populations aren't human who may not live to be 16? Thirdly, what business is it of the UNs when nations allow their citizens to gamble?

How can you not agree with his statement? There are non-humans in the UN and to ignore them is to discriminate against them.

The NSUN is not bound by the limits of actually existing species. Sapient, non-human, beings exist in many many nations.
