I posted this draft a while back, but never submitted it because my nation couldn't get two UN endorsements. Now we have them, so I intend to submit this in the coming days, but before I do, I'll post it here again and invite constructive feedback.

REALIZING the scientific potential that exists in stem cell research, and making no argument against such potential;

RECOGNIZING that adult stem cell research and embryonic stem cell research are processes that contain some fundamental differences between them;

NOTING that UN Resolution 82 makes no distinction between adult and embryonic stem cell research;

ACKNOWLEDGING the moral controversies that exist in all forms of stem cell research;

BELIEVING that due to these controversies, it is appropriate to address the issues of embryonic stem cell research and adult stem cell research separately, be it in the form of future UN resolutions and/or in the laws of member nations;

The UN hereby REPEALS UN Resolution 82, "Stem Cell Research Funding".
