Welcome to NatioNStates. Here are a few pointers on Proposals and Resolution.
1. If it is a Proposal. Post it here so the regulars may critique it. This will help in the Development Process.
2. After it is checked, run it through a SpellChecker again, to ensure that there are no major problems with it.
3. Make sure you have 2 (yes, you need 2) Endorcements and then go to the UN Page.
4. Look for the "Submit a Proposal" link, Click on it. Paste your proposal into the field, then click the "Submit" button.
No, i mean when someone else posts a proposal. How do i make it a law i my Nation

Shazbotdom, I think you missed the boat on this one.
Last UN Decision
The resolution Air Pollution Convention was passed 7,100 votes to 2,784, and implemented in all UN member nations.
Purelia, you don't have to do anything. Remember that telegram from the Compliance Ministry? They're the ones responsible for making sure it's "implemented in all UN member nations." Some say that the UN Gnomes sneak into your law libraries and change all standing laws. Others consider the Compliance Ministry as messengers delivering the new phrasing of the law to your (Legislature / Parliament / Board of Directors / Revolutionary Junta / Pirate Chief / whatever) and demanding its immediate inclusion into your national law.
Either way, it happens behind the scenes, and you don't have to worry about it. You don't have any option but to accept it (or resign from the UN), so we didn't add any mechanism for you to implement it.
Oh, Thank you a lot... I was scared i would be kicked from UN because i failed to make law... Thanks ;)

OOC: Although it's only the letter of the law that's enforced in this way, so that if you don't like a resolution and you can find a plausible loophole in its wording then you're perfectly free to play as having passed a law that uses that loophole when complying with it...

ooc: Another way of looking at it is that the default method is ratifying the whole document as it is.
If you want to try St.E's method of finding loopholes then another way of 'complying' is that you 'chose' to make new legislation that 'complies' with the UN Resolution...but in your nation's own words. You could do it that way anyway.
If you're a really good roleplayer you can rp the problems changing your own laws to comply...but that is the exception and not the rule and belongs in II.
As an idea take a look at how your rl country makes real UN conventions etc. law.
