Description (OOC): A discussion on Space Nonproliferation, where we roleplay as our respective countries and try to come up with a resolution.
Rules
1) If you're attending the conference, you'll be added to the list of countries attending the conference. If you post here in character, you're attending the government. You're representing the interests of your country, like in other topics discussing resolutions.
2) You can condemn the goals of the conference and the countries attending, without attending the conference.

Description (IC): Our government feels that it would be in the best interests of its national security, and the national security of all countries, to come to a consensus on how to prohibit the proliferation of nuclear and conventional weapons in space. We feel that no nation should be at the mercy of another nation, and an arsenal in space would allow a nation to attack another nation; from anywere, at any time, for any reason. Technology is advancing faster than in any other period in history, too fast for international law to keep pace. If we do not take action now, before the proliferation of space, our children will suffer the consequences. With that said, we invite other delegations to a conference on Space Nonproliferation. We hope that we can come together and create a resolution, which will solve the problems of Space Nonproliferation.
