Estimados Colegas:
Since the Max Barry's Day Resolution was kicked in the nuts, I say change the name & keep the spirit.

Let's call it: International Day of Common Borders.
That way we can have world peace and a commemorative day, all for the same price.

Since my region only has two Nations, we can't submit the proposal. So I ask other nations for help.

Endorsements aren't a problem. If you had a proposal, you could briefly move to a region where you could get the two you need, submit your proposal and then move back to your own region.

The problem is that you haven't got a proposal, you've just got an idea.

Have a go at writing it up into a form nations can vote on, then post it here (label it 'Draft'). You'll need arguments to convince nations to do it, and details of what you want the nations to do.

Once you give them something to work on, other nations will advise you on how to make it legal.

(Don't try to do it by copying the Max Barry one, though. First, because it wasn't legal; and second, because it'd be plagiarism.)
