Since i have joined the U.N., ive noticed one very frustrating thing about it. It seems we spend more time repealing and nullifying old proposals than actually doing anything. This entire U.N., who seem to pride themselves in the pretending to be the real thing, never seems to come up with any real solutions and merely chases its own tail.
Of course, there is a major cause to this problem. There is no discussion or revision of repeals, all we can ever do is vote yes or no, accept them or nullify them. As such, whenever a proposal comes forth, all that is needed is one or two words out of place and people can disagree with it. And then, without any revision or editing of the proposal its passed or blocked, and then inevitably repealed. Certainly there is a lot of discussion of proposals, but in the end this may as well not take place because discuss it all you want, no change to the proposal is made.
I'm sure you can all see where I'm going with this. We need a way of adjusting the proposals, rather than accepting or refusing them. That way, we would not have endless repeals as hopefully the proposal would be right the first time.
