Argument: The Incorporated States of Mallatarsland maintain that although the concept of a fair trial is a good and worthy one, in this era of terrorism and weapons of mass destruction, each country should have the right to suspend a fair trial in certain circumstances. It therefore seems reasonable that this resolution should be repealed and a new resolution put forward which takes in account the necessity of imprisonment for the good of the people.
