Ok, ive posted my proposal (un broadcasting agency) and listened to peoples concerns with it and tweaked it so (hopefully) all the problems with the text are ironed out.
how do i move forward with it now? how do i submit it and get it to a vote?
thanks.

You need to be a member of the UN and have at least two endorsements before you can submit a resolution. And a lot of patience - most proposals don't make it to quorum without telegramming a buttload of delegates with a form letter asking for their support. You need 119 delegate approvals before the proposal goes to vote.
And honestly, I still think your proposal needs work. I can add comments to the other thread later, if you like.

Yeah, please hang on. It does need a bit more fiddling. It'd be a shame to see a good idea bomb on details.
