I want to help the small countrys when they are at war and get peace between them. And with that we help more peace to the world and fewer war.

As a small nation we feel this a noble jester but.... As long as larger nations exist then there will be no peace. They are the ones need the wars not smaller nations. It are the arms sold by larger nations that create a means to have wars and as long as greedy large nations can made a profit off arms they will never allow total peace in the universe.

Only way to bring total peace it to balance out the national populations and land masses so that all have equal then none have more this or that than another. In otherwords all nations under one form, common set of rules, and equal in all things...

Give each of these equal nations one nuke big enough to distroy any nation it's equal... then a button attached to it.... marked 'Self Destruct' so they might if they so desire to see how such devices work just push... and get the full effects of such a device first hand...

We here feel that war is a waste of good blood and time... Any two states in our nation that have a dispute simply select one person from each to draw cards of flip a coin. Loser is hung his/her state is divided up among the rest of the states. This has worked well for us as we have progressed down from 29 states to just nine and only sixteen lives were lost. As we had two coins land on edge so a draw and nobody lost.... then found two card decks defective so a truce was called until we can get new decks...

You're going to have to do that via roleplay then. UN proposals apply the same way to all UN nations, so there's no proposal you can make that would be legal.

What if the smaller nation attacked the larger nation? Or if the smaller nation provoced the larger nation?

Than we don't help then the larger nation can do this :sniper: :mp5: Thus we sale both sides arms and sit back and just watch it all. If two nations want to war then why should anyone else be worried... just bump up the cost of weapons sold to them and enjoy the profits. I believe that the larger the nation is the greater the profit margin and aint that what life is all about in this demented world.. One don't worry about how they gain something just that they don't break it in their efforts to take it. War often results in nobody winning as to much gets broken from the effects of weapons used.... thus no profit margin there... Also if you in the UN were to allow slavery then remember dead folks don't make good slaves,,, zombies maybe....
