Two UN proposals

Greetings,
We are the People's Republic of Soviet Goochild, a communist republic striving in this disgustingly capitalist world.
I made two proposals to the UN recently hoping to make them resolutions. The first one deals with universal extradition treaties. The second one deals with a universal age of sexual consent. I think both of them will help us immensely.

Like all economic types, Capitalism, as well as communism and others, in their purest form are a good thing. When corrupt governments take charge of those ideologies, thats when things turn sour.
Also, we would like to see the text of these two UN Proposals to judge them for ourselves.

I agree, with both statements. But it's not just governments, most economic systems won't work at full potential unless everyone was perfect and thought of others before themselves in every situation. But then no one would need a government.

Universal Extradition Treaties
A resolution to restrict political freedoms in the interest of law and order.
Category: Political Stability
Strength: Strong
Proposed by: Soviet Goochild
Description: This resolution is for the establishment of universal extradition treaties for all member nations. That is, if a criminal is wanted in one country and flees to another, the country hosting the wanted criminal must extradite him to the country where that crime was committed and will be tried according to that country's laws. There are plenty of member nations that serve as " safe havens" for wanted criminals, protected by legal loopholes and a lack of an extradition treaty, and this resolution fix those loopholes and establish broad extradition treaties between member nations. This resolution seeks to stamp out wanted criminals and bring them to justice, adding to the stability and well-being of the member nations.
This resolution will not affect social or religious refugees seeking asylum and will respect individual human rights of every member nation. The crimes applying to this resolution will be:
--Murder
--Manslaughter
--Rape
--Terrorism
--Grand larceny
--Espionage
--Tax evasion
--Drug trafficking
--Kidnapping
--Desertion from the military
--Racketeering
--Maiming and other types of grievous bodily harm to another human being
--Poaching
--Hate crimes
--Crimes against humanity
Age of Consent Proposal
A resolution to restrict civil freedoms in the interest of moral decency.
Category: Moral Decency
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: Soviet Goochild
Description: In the interests to promote moral decency and to curb sexual immorality throughout the world, this proposal seeks to This proposal is to establish an age of sexual consent for all UN member nations. The proposed age of consent will be 16 years old.

Both proposals could use a lot of work and in my oppinion is not worthy of the NationStates United Nations.

They could use work, hell the first one's just plain illegal, it contradicts Right to Refuse Extradition.
