Okay, so I'm a very, very new nation. I've had nations before on this game, and once or twice I joined the UN, but I never before got a telegram from the Compliance Ministry.
The telegram I received yesterday told me that "laws have been enacted to bring Isle de Tortue into compliance with Accessible Family Planning."
Now, is this just telling me that the proposal was accepted by the rest of the UN, or is it a warning that I'm breaking the rules? And if I am breaking the rules, how can I bring Isle de Tortue back into compliance?

Don't worry. Every nation that's in the UN gets a message like that every time a new resolution passes.

No problem. That's really just an announcement letting you know that the resolution passed and the UN's gnomes have fiddled with your laws to make sure you're in compliance.
