Clearly the category should be Moral Decency.
Our glorious leader, although keen to endorse this well thought out proposal, suggests that the proposal does not go nearly far enough and would like to petition the UN to add other irritating, thoughtless, drivel inspired words onto the list for summary shootings. He pleasantly and generously suggest the following, in order to get things moving:
