I posted that no Uranium should be used to launch spacecraft, as if the launch fails, Uranium is sprayed all over the planet. And to quote Borat, 'Is not nice'.

Admirable as your intention is, I think that the proposal should include not only uranium, but other long-lived radioactive isotopes too. Also, the title "no radiation in space" is slightly misleading, as there is, always has been, and for all foreseeable future probably will be, quite a lot of cosmic radiation out there.

There is radiation everywhere, most of it natural. Even in space.

Anyway, my government has a number nukes in unmanned, automated orbital platforms. If one of them crashed to earth it would be not nice.

Aye, but unfortunately I have to fit the issue into 'Uranium Mining' for some reason. Besides, plutonium is not often used to power rockets as it is less reactive than uranium.
The full title of the proporal is 'No Radioactive Metals in Space'.

You are completely ignoring the fact that it is entirely possible to encase uranium/other reactive stuff in such a way that it poses such a slim threat that global warming from the use of other fuels is probably more of a problem.

Also, most spacecraft (OOC: At least OOC) use plutonium in a Radioisotope thermoelectric generator, which often uses plutonium.

How about posting the entire draft content of your proposal, including category and strength, and let us judge based on that?

Incidentally, mentioning Borat in your proposal will result in its deletion for 'real-world reference'. You really do need to read and understand the rules sticky.
