Nobody should vote for this propsal due to detremental effect it will have to the human race. The banning of oil used in the economy by 2050 is the main problem. If you ban the use of oil totally then what happens to the petrochemical industry? Crude oil is the base material that commercial plastics is developed from. In recent years, with the rise of oil prices, the price of plastics has also increased. So commercial plastics is hugely dependent on oil, when oil prices go up so does the price of plastic. Without oil you wouldn’t be using your computer or a thousand others things made for plastic. Oil is essential to the human race as long as there is a need for plastics, which there obviously is . Only a ban hydrocarbons for power generation should be allowed.

Recycling rate of 100% seems to be a "little bit" over the top - because it's just impossible!

No matter how much we are able to recycle, there will be material, we can not recycle, but we need it anyhow. Take drugs for example - people's health is in serious danger if we ban all non-recycling drugs...
