As President of Chamurray I have long been a believer in the power of state-sponsored lotteries to help fund the education and medical expenses of the people. For this reason I have proposed a resolution to coordinate international body to establish and link lotteries across the globe in states that are willing to allow gambling. Read the resolution, titled International Lottery Union, and give it your support, thank you.
