This is a message from the republic of Zmart a nation in the region of 0000....I am proposing a resolution in the U.N. to strengthen gun control in all U.N. nations and need some endorsments and some support so please send me telegrams with your support on my resolution, thank you

OOC: You can only submit proposals if you're the regional delegate, and only nations in your region can endorse you to become regional delegate.

Bzzt! Wrong, any UN nation with at least 2 endorsements can submit proposals, it's approving proposals that requires regional delegate status.

Flibbleites is (always!:D) right, Zmart. Post a message on your regional message board (RMB) to ask for endorsments.
BUT DON'T SUBMIT THE PROPOSAL until it's the best it can be.
Check the list of UN proposals above, in the stickies, to make sure there isn't already one that covers the same ground.
Then make as sure as you can that it's legal. There are technicalities that make proposals illegal, but there are people who will help you sort that out. Give a link to where you're working on it or copy and paste it here.
(They'll also tell you honestly if it hasn't Buckley's chance of making it. Don't be discouraged if they do. It helps you learn.)
